Design Stage

  • Work with our team of engineers and designers to completely customize your home from scratch… Tailored to your exact design taste and budget. Due to offering you some of the longest warranties in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, you have the comfort of knowing that every home we build will be built structurally sound and stamped with our engineering approval.

Estimating Process

  • We will build your home out using the finest subcontractors and vendors in the area working hard to meet your family’s exact needs and budget.

Contract Signing & Lot Purchase

  • Once we were able to meet your budget and design specifications, we sign a contract with our customers locking the price in for 90 days, which keeps our price locked in to take advantage of today’s low material pricing.
  • We work with our customers to find the perfect lot for them and negotiate the best price we can for the lot.
  • Our customers then close on the land and the building process begins.
