Step 1 – Selecting your Dream Home & Financing
Justin Doyle Homes is pleased to offer a variety of award-winning floor plans for you to choose from. Our designs include two-story homes, ranch homes, Cape Cod homes, and multi-level homes that have each been uniquely engineered to provide the maximum amount of energy efficiency. If one of our designs does not meet your exact needs, Justin Doyle Homes offers a free service to our customers with one of our in-house engineers to design you the “perfect” home that will fit your family’s lifestyle. Our engineers have been trained to ensure that each and every design offers our customers the highest quality products and the best built home possible.
Before or during the design stage, feel free to ask one of our New Home Sales Consultants to assist you in locating a financial lender of your choice. Our customers love how flexible we are at Justin Doyle Homes in accommodating your financial lender’s payment terms and construction draw schedules. If you are not sure who you will be using, Justin Doyle Homes has worked hard to put together a list of the highest quality banks available in your market which will help ensure a flawless process from beginning to end.
Step 2- Color Selections & Preconstruction Meeting
Color Section: An appointment will be set to meet with your New Home Sales Consultant to select the colors and details for your home. We have design centers located throughout Ohio, which are conveniently located in your build area.
Preconstruction Meeting: In order to make a smooth transition, you will meet with both the salesman and production staff to go over your color selections, contract and any other details pertaining to your home. Our highly trained production staff manages the production of your home on a daily basis to ensure that your home is built to Justin Doyle Homes’ set of production standards, which is the reason why we offer Ohio’s longest warranties.
Step 3- Groundbreaking & the Building Process
Groundbreaking: A most exciting day for you….the construction of your home begins! Throughout the construction process you will be in communication with your Field Superintendent to make sure all the details of your home are handled. Knowing that the production of your home is one of the most important processes, Justin Doyle Homes gives you peace of mind by having an open line of communication with your Field Superintendent.
Building Process: All of our Designer Series homes are put on a 120 working day build schedule. That means our production staff works hard on a daily basis to ensure that each day your home is a priority! We stick frame every home to be sure that there are no flaws in the building materials. Our Elite Series homes call for a slightly longer build cycle due to the extra square footage and detail in the finish work. We complete these homes in an average of 90 working days, which is roughly 3 months faster than custom home builder.
Step 4- Move In & Justin Doyle Homes Peace of Mind
Move In: Congratulations! The day you have been waiting for is here! Your New Home Sales Consultant will meet with you at your home and distribute the keys to you. Now it’s time to enjoy your new custom-built Justin Doyle Home and have the security of knowing it is backed by our 20-year structural warranty!
